What We Do

The prosecuting attorney reviews and prosecutes violations of State Law which occur in the county.

The prosecuting attorney files and prosecutes actions to establish paternity and child support.

The prosecuting attorney represents the petitioner in certain mental health commitment hearings

The prosecuting attorney represents the county in all matters of law, investigates claims against the county, and draws contracts relating to the business of the county. He advises the county in matters of law in which the county is interested
