The Audrain County Prosecuting
Attorney is elected every four years at the general election. The prosecuting
attorney must be a person learned in the law, licensed to practice as an attorney at
law in this state, at least twenty-one years of age, and who has been a resident of the
county for twelve months before the general election at which he is a candidate.

Thomas I. Osborne has served as Audrain County Prosecuting Attorney for 31 years. Tom earned his Law Degree at the University of Missouri at Columbia and
is a past president of the Missouri Prosecutors Association. |
Randall M. England has
been Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Audrain County since 1993. Randy is
president of the Audrain County Bar Association and a graduate of the University of
Missouri School of Law, Columbia, Missouri.
